Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Purdy's

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
